A Typical Day
Each phase of the program has different requirements an example of a typical day on the Our Healthy Friend Detox can be found below.
During the second phase of the program a strict calorie limit is adhered to, only using foods from the approved foods list and utilising the meal plans and recipes we provide as part of our support.
During the second phase of the program a typical day might look like this:
6:00 am Wake up, Morning weigh in and check in with mentor and support group
6:30am Morning Nutritional Support
10:30am Apple
12:30 pm spicy beef lettuce cups
3:30pm Fresh Strawberries
6:00pm grilled chicken and broccoli
Before bed Nutritional Support
During the third phase of the program, your mentor will work with you to find a calorie limit that suits your lifestyle and goals, as an example a typical1200 calorie day might look like this:

10:30am Orange and Breakfast Bar
12:30 pm Greek Lamb and lettuce wraps
3:30pm Fresh Strawberries
