Steak and Garlic Butter

Ingredients

200g of beef steak, any cut you prefer

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of butter

1 teaspoon of garlic

1/4 teaspoon oregano
-
1/4 teaspoon rosemary

Salt and Pepper to taste
Method

In a medium-hot pan heat the olive oil.

Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste
-
Place the steak in the pan and cook to desired doneness
-
Whilst the steak is cooking mix the butter, garlic and herbs together. Put in the fridge until need
-
When the steak is cooked, place in on a plate and spread the garlic butter over it
-
Let it rest for 2-5 mins and enjoy!
