Steak and Garlic Butter

1 serve- 317 calories per serve


  • 200g of beef steak, any cut you prefer

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of butter

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. In a medium-hot pan heat the olive oil. 

  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste

  3. Place the steak in the pan and cook to desired doneness

  4. Whilst the steak is cooking mix the butter, garlic and herbs together. Put in the fridge until need

  5. When the steak is cooked, place in on a plate and spread the garlic butter over it

  6. Let it rest for 2-5 mins and enjoy!
